Do these stack additionally? Does it mean auto-block? 50% from Aegis and 50% from Guardian?

they do stack as all stackable mods do. I no of no cap limit for blocking %age so I assume there is none. so in your case it will be 0.5x0.5=0.25 which means 25% chance to hit or in other words 75% chance to block

so its multiplicative and not additive? cuz things like longer enchantments would be multiplicative, but something like this would be additive, right?

u have 50% to block. next skill, you have 50% to block. is it not 100% or is it 75% as zling says it is?

75%, after both phases. This also means that 100% block is imposible without a 100% block skill.

The above posters are corect.

The game calculates the first attack against you and your 50% chance to block. If you don't block that attack, you get a second 50% chance to block.

50% block of 50%(ones that get through whichever is calculated first) means 75%. You get diminishing returns after the first blocking effect. Effectively it isn't really worth it except in very rare circumstances to devote more than one or two skills to blocking, now blind is another story
